I've posted this last 2 years too!! In case you've read it you may skip this ;)
Almost all employees working in both public and private sector look forward to Diwali bonus from their employers and those who get it are delighted!!
Just think for a moment...there are many "employees" working for you too! Like maid, driver, apartment watchman, colony gurkha, car cleaner, garbage collector etc. They too "wish" "if only we too get some Diwali bonus"! So how about "giving" that bonus to ALL your service providers?!
Remember real Happiness is in giving! Surprise them with cash and/or crackers or any gifts along with a sweet box! Believe me you'll make their day/Diwali. The bonus need not be huge but just the very act of giving it to them matters most.
So go ahead and "Light up their lives this Diwali"!!
